Tim, an IT specialist working for a regional newspaper was sent on a Management Development Programme.  He was the only ‘tecchie’ on the course – everyone else was in sales or marketing.  At the end of the three-day programme each person had to give a presentation to the Management Board.  Tim was terrified, felt completely out of his depth, and was ready to leave.  After several conversations  with Arnie, Tim accepted the challenge, and gave an outstanding presentation, and has since formed his own business with offices in the UK, Portugal and South Africa.  In Tim’s own words: “those two coaching sessions transformed my life..”
