Arnie was employed by a prestigious national car company to provide coaching support for staff about to be assessed for their next level of promotion. Each had three 1-1 sessions, and the results were dramatic: staff felt more confident attending these sessions, and for the two cohorts Arnie worked with, each had a greater percentage passing the assessment centre than was the case for the previous 3 cohorts.
